New Rotors/brakes on 08 Limited

Hi Guy's,
this has probably been discussed could not find much info on the subject. Can I put the larger sport rotors on my limited with out relocating the caliper could not get a straight anwser out of anyone selling rotors I do have the 18" wheel so it will not rub just not sure of caliper distance I figure if I am going to do it why not get the bigger ones. Any help would be great doing the brakes tomorrow.

You may already have them even though you have 17" wheels. Some (most) Limiteds have the bigger brakes (I think). If not the answer is yes. The brake pads are the same. The job does require new calipers, that's the downside. It's the calipers that allow for the extra rotor diameter.

oh ok thanks that was what I was wondering I have 18" wheels but not sure if it has the big brakes or not I was kind of surprised my rotors warped so quick our other 4 runner which is a sport never had warped rotors I finally changed them at a 100K because I figured getting thin at that point.

If you still have an old one the dimensions are 12.6" or 13.2" diameter.

The Auto parts store list 17 & 18" rims having the bigger rotors and the 16" with the smaller ones not sure how true it is but I saw there computer screen I would figure with 18" and the sport suspension package from the factory I probably do have the bigger rotors I will find out I guess.

All set 08 limited has bigger rotors just did the brakes all set now.
