Yes in the bolts, nuts, etc., anywhere you have fasteners for the most part so they don't seize up/rust/corrode, but on all the parts that move, slide or rub together, pins, caliper to caliper bracket, etc, you need to add some type of brake parts lube, you don't need a lot just an even thin coat will do.
This is one such brake parts lube and pretty good stuff and stays where you put it for the most part.
