New Runner. Mods?

I just bought a 2004 White 4Runner with 130k on it. Love driving it and want to add some mods. How do you blackout tail lights? headlights? Is it easy to plastic dip rims? How do you do it? Still a noob to 4runner knowledge so any extra wisdom is much appreciated! Thanks!

That said, you should first try the search as there's tons of great info on this forum and almost all of it can be found with a little searching. Welcome and can't wait to see some mods down the road.

As for blacked-out tailights, you'll have to break down and buy a pair of those. I got a pair for my t4r off of ebay, $94 shipped, here: BLACK CLEAR ALTEZZA TAIL LIGHTS BRAKE LAMP LEFT+RIGHT | eBay
