new satoshi mod idea....

so ive kinda been wanting to do the satoshi mod recently, and after looking at shawnstcyr's thread about his rig next to a 5th gen, i though about trying to find a 4runner badge from the back of a 5th gen and use that in my satoshi mod.

thoughts until this project gets off the ground?

That's big, but cool. Thats why i like the satoshi mod is you can put whatever emblem you want in the middle. Only thing to consider about it: it might be all seperat pieces so could be a PITA to secure all the letters evenly, but maybe not, just a thought

you could take all the lettering and secure it together with a metal strip painted black before connecting it to the grill

i think that might look a bit weird. But notice how expensive the 40 series emblem cost now mind as well look for something different.
I checked on jt outfitters and it was about 20.00 which hoped up to 91.00...holly Sh**

I,too, enjoy that massive 4Runner emblem on the hatch of the 5th Gen.
