New savage Off-road Bumper!

Finally got my Savage Off-road hybrid front bumper and it is awesome. Savage definitely makes a high quality product and Roy seems like a great guy. Today I finished prepping it and got the primer on. tomorrow will be the paint and then mounting will come in a few days ( once the paint sets completely.) I chose to go the rout of self etching primer and paint instead of powder coating because I figure it will be easier to touch up and it saves me a ton of money that can be spent on other mods to come. also I've seen it done right and a good paint job can look IMO as good as powder coating. Futures plans for the bumper include a custom light bracket so I can mount lights right under the hoop of the bull bar. anyways here are some pictures and I will post more as I paint and mount it.

Bumper? What bumper? All I saw was GTO and started to drool. Anyways....looking forward to the final outcome with paint. The Savage is on my want list.
 
Looks good! I'm still waiting for my Savage front bumper, well i did receive it last week but just my luck it was dented by UPS during transport so i refused it. I can't say enough good things about Roy and his customer service, he said he would have a replacement sent out in just 2 weeks, can't wait. Nice goat! My 68 chevelle was shipped here to Md. from Cali. back in 07, alot of nice vintage iron on your side of the country. Post some pics when you get that bumper mounted up. Thanks.

Is there a scratch and dent sale?
 
No, just cosmetic. The dent is on top by the grill guard. This is his new design hybrid winch bumper, similar to the op's.

That's exactly what the UPS man told me, because of the size and weight it should've been shipped on a pallet. I emailed Roy and told him that the UPS man told me that and he stated that he has never had any shipping issues before this.
 
Would you have been able to pound it out? Maybe get some money back for your time and trouble?
I'm getting my hybrid in on Thursday.

I'm not sure. I just saw that my brand new $800 (with shipping) bumper had a good size dent and i refused it. Roy said it was insured. He asked me to email him the pics so he could immediately start the claim process with UPS, so i'm sure he will be reimbursed.
