Yes they made a template of my back and sculpted the foam to match my back. We test fit the seats a few weeks ago and they sanded the foam until it was a perfect match. New seat heaters were installed and cover the entire seat back so my shoulders will get heat when I drive that way my back won't cramp as much. The rest of the seats were sculpted as well but to less extent so they would be comfortable for a wide range of people to sit it. The rear seat is the most dramatic change in foam addition. The side bolstering was increased by almost two inches in thickness so the rear passengers will be supported much the same as the front seat.

The trim of the seats are wrapped in matching leather as well. Floor is going to by charcoal vinyl and we added a 12v power point for each seat location as well. The entire cabin is sound proofed. They also installed 8 Rock lights in the ceiling as well. Got tired of not having enough light. They are wired to the middle and rear dome light switches. There is a bunch of other little things that are being done over the next few days as well. They should be done with everything on Friday. If that happens will post more photos.

Wow doesn't seem to cut it. Dare I ask how much this all cost?

Custom-molded seats alone sound catastrophically expensive. Hoping it's not though, because that'd be an awesome upgrade one of these days!

The leather was about 1k and it was 200 per seat to have the foam custom shaped to my back. I made a mold of the shape of my back out of 2 inch wide aluminum bar stock that I bought from tractor supply. Had a friend help me get the curve right. I gave that to the shop and that got the seats 99% correct. Right before they put the leather on we did a in person fitting where they sanded the foam until it was perfect. That was the least expensive part of the interior.

The leather wrap on the plastic trim on the bottom of the seats was extra. Lol. The cost of materials for the dynamat and thermozite was more than the seats and I bought those items myself and supplied them to the company. The vinyl floor was from https://www.accmats.com. However, as I learned this is not a drop in solution there was a lot of labor in heating and molding it to fit. The rear of back seats presented a problem as well to cover them in vinyl. The rear area was easy and quick. The doors I did myself to save money but I have over 20 hours of labor cutting and glueing the thermozite in. Worked out to about 4 hours per door and that was after I made templates. That stuff is almost impossible to cut.

The plastic trim on the sliders are missing as I had the rails dropped so my head would not hit the ceiling. What I did not realize is that there would be 10 hours of labor in dropping the rails so that the nylon Bushing inside the rails would not be damaged. Glad we did it but was not expecting it to be so complicated. I did not see a reason to have new ones fabricated. Could not justify the cost of that so everything is painted black and cover by the weather tech.

I need a new front seat and I was simply looking to find one from another 4th gen. you're idea is much better and the final product is very nice. well done frontline.
