new shocks, new coils, normal? or just get used to it??

my neighborhood has a lot of speed bumps and i have noticed that my T4R is pretty stiff going over the bumps (havent gotten a chance to take it off road yet).

shocks and coils look like original (140K). would it do any good to replace them? i am not sure if this is normal or not... it kind of feels like when i replaced my wrangler shocks with cheapo skyjacker hydros (good offroad but bad on road).

suggestions please?

140K and original then yes, replace both shocks and coils. Use the search function to find out the options etc.
