New T4R Owner/Member From Texas

What's going on, guys? I just picked up a T4R today, and I couldn't be happier. I've been wanting one for a long while. I look forward to learning a lot from y'all. I guess my first question is: is there anything I should know/do first and foremost? It's a 2004 SR5 with 161K on it.

Welcome! Other then the usual inspections like brakes, filters and battery. I'd suggest changing out all the fluids, belts and hoses just to establish a baseline for your maintenance schedule.
