New Tire Rub: Is something coming loose

So I noticed a new tire rub on my left front tire. I have had the same tire, suspension and alignment for 6 months now with no rubs. A week ago, I noticed the rub and now it does it every time I am at lock all the way to the left.

The alignment still seem to be good. I can left go on the highway and it stays mostly straight. Is there something that could be coming loose that might cause this? I stuck my head down there this morning and didn't see anything obvious.

I am considering taking it back to firestone for another free alignment.

Not sure it matters, but I have a 05, 4wd, v8, toyotec boss coilovers, and rubicon skinnys.

Could be your coilovers have settled some so that changed the geometry just enough to start rubbing. How old are your tie rods? When was the last time you dinged a curb or went off road? There's plenty of things that could change the alignment just slightly enough to start rubbing, especially if your alignment wasn't completely ideal to begin with. Where's it rubbing? Frame rail? Cab Mount? Mud flap? Sounds like you have a lifetime at Firestone so I'd start with another alignment first and go from there.

Unfortunately I haven't had time to do any offroading and I can't think of any curbs I kissed.

I guess it could be some settling. It is running against the wheel liner at the front with the driverside turned all the way to driver (inside of the wheel hits the liner).

I honestly don't know how old the tie rods are. I haven't replaced them in the year I've owned it.

I guess I can start with alignment.

Could just need to do some trimming. I was running 255/75/17 Duratracs and had to cut some/push the liner back to clear the rubbing issues up front. Got worse when I put 255/80/17 KM2s on and I then I had a steel front bumper soon after that.
