New tires, bearings.. still hear roaring / grinding Noise

Looking for comments, advice on this matter.
I recently replace both front wheel bearings with OEM parts and put on new Michelin Defenders on all 4 sides. I still have this nagging roaring/humming/grinding noise.
EDIT 1:All the zerks have been recently greased and regreased.

EDIT 2: Front and rear diff fluid drained and replaced.

Update:
Centralized the noise beneath / around the foot / pedal area.

Can you duplicate the noise while the truck is on jack stands and the wheels are rotated by hand? Often times, noises that sound like they're coming from the front, can be coming from the rear, and vise versa. Could be a rear wheel bearing or something in the rear end. Also, there's a lot of rotating items in the front end. Cv's are the first thing that come to mind. I'd try pulling the cv's and test driving. Just make sure you do something to keep from losing all your gear oil.

Sounds more like CVs than anything

It's likely the inner CV axle roller bearing on the drivers side. They are known to wear over time and have a humming oscillation. ECGS makes bushings to replace it.

Ok, will checkout the rear bearings. It definitely a roaring noise.

Ok, I won't. Sound seems to be localized to the front, beneath the leg area. It's a roaring sound. Kinda reminds me of having off-road tires.

Sorry to say, but you are incorrect. The axle holds nothing together. The axle nut simply holds the axle into the splined hub.

Gents,

Changed the front and rear diff fluids with 75W-90 synthetic. Much to my chagrin, no changes to the noise.
So now, it's either a needle bearing or brake issue. Any other suggestions?

Does the noise change if you're in 4WD?

I'm curious about this too, I have a similar sound, it's been present since I bought the truck over 5 years ago, but is now much more prominent. quite a bassy drone sound that appears only when lifting off throttle, gone if accelerating. most noticeable on hwy. in 2wd or 4wd. Not tires since it happens on summers or winters, not brakes just had them all done. sounds similar to off road tires.

Is there a thread with more info on this that anyone knows of off the top of their head? I still have some noise coming from under my rig that I can't track down and my Toyota familiar mechanic friend mentioned the ECGS bushing as well. Can I pull the CV axle assembly and visually inspect this needle bearing?

You can’t really tell much visually. Mine looked fine when I installed the bushing but it took a ton of slop out of that side CV. The installation suuuuuuucks though.
