I had a very similar sound and it turned out to be a loose inner fender liner.

I think when I replaced the antenna a couple of years back I failed to snap back into place (or broke off) a couple of the clips that hold it in place.
Do you hear the sound at all speeds? In my case I heard it mostly at freeway speed.
