Couple things to determine first, where are you spending most of your time with the truck? Mainly DD w/ a little trail riding, or is it a 2nd vehicle / toy and you want to spend a lot of time off road? Carrying any extra weight from bumpers and gear, or still stock? How much does road noise or mileage matter?
The search function will be your friend for this question. I bought new tires at the end of October and probably spent a 1-2 hours per night for a week going through the forum, reading reviews and combing through Discount Tire and Tire Rack before finding the right fit and deal for me.
All that being said, I went with Cooper Discoverer ATP - not to be confused with AT3, there is a difference - and I've been very happy with them. AT's, M&S rated, good looking tread and a warranty from Discount Tire. They have some road noise at varying speed, but I came from a much more road-oriented tire and it was to be expected. I also lost nothing in terms of mileage.
