New to Forum and need ideas

As mentioned I am new to this forum. I have a 96 4Runner SR5 4x4 and I am looking into making it my weekend offroad toy. It is all stock right now but I want to do a suspension lift of approx 4" along with running a bigger tire combo. If anyone knows of a good lift kit that is not overly expensive. (Running a budget) but will do it all over time
