Just picked up a 2013 SR5 w/ the Limited options package. This is my first 4runner, and I got one since I love my brothers '02 so much.

Bought the 4runner to haul people and haul my race car (miata) to the track a few times a year (4-5 times a year). With an open deck 16' trailer loaded with the car everything comes in at 4000lbs, gear probably another 200-300. So it's close to the max, but the track is only 60-70 miles away.
Going to look into getting an aux trans cooler, hoping the dealer can install it to make sure I don't void the Certified Pre Owned Warranty from Toyota. Probably going to have it in series with the radiator, I know that's not typically recommended but living in a state with some nasty winter months I'd like to get the trans up to operating temps. And finally, I'm going to get a electronic brake controller to manage trailer braking.
Anyways, excited to be a part of the 4runner community, and loving the runner so far.
