OK I'll be the first this time, lose the running boards!
Lol. x2. As many will tell you it's a no brainer. Easy to remove and if you really like them on better, easy to put back on!

Thank you guys for the feed back... I like the running boards especially since my daughter climbs into the rig. I had them off for a bit but i think i like them on. As for rubbing, I cut and hammered a bit so no rubbing while driving on the streets. We will see when i go wheeling but even then i dont do it much. I would just like to thank everyone who posts on this forum. I used this site alot before coming to a conclusion of how i wanted to go about this steup.:hatsoff:

I'd point you at a real front bumper before I would suggest a brush guard. Some folks feel those brush guards do more damage in an accident than they prevent.
ARB front bumper has served me well on 2 Runners now-and at one glance folks can tell the truck is for go not just for show. Plus then it allows light mounting and winches and CB antennas and high lift jacks....

I'm not really a big fan of Brush Guards, and if you don't do alot of wheeling, I wouldn't get an off-road bumper either. Just more weight in the front, that will add to MPG's issues.....my 2 cents. That being said, not alot of people run the brush guards, compared to those who have nothing, or run the off-road bumpers, so if you really want it....GO FOR IT! I like to see originality! :driving:

they say "Weld Racing Forged USA EVO" on them... I bought them from a buddy of mine and they fit perfect. I was debating on pc them black and leaving the lip chrome, well maybe later...
