New to this forum-Pics on my T4R

2000 SR5 4x4, need some opinions on what mods to do. I am currently thinking about taking off the running boards, and front grill Any opinions taking the running boards off? i've seen a lot of pictures on here and most t4r's have them taking off.

Lose the brush guard!

Then I would replace the vent visor and rebalance the wheels with stick on weights. If you must have a brush guard then you may want to consider getting a 96-98 bumper. They look much better with the brush guard because they have a slim profile

I don't need the brush guard, the t4r came with it when i purchased the vehicle it was chrome so i painted flat black " not big on chrome" lol..thanks for the advice i'll look into getting it off sometime this week along with the running boards and see how my t4r looks

I was just looking at that lol, what can i do to make my bumper looking good again?..I can wait to get home and work on the 4runner..getting anxious now.

Yep its a 4x4, as of right now im thinkin about a 2.5 to 3 inch lift..not sure which ones yet..leaving the 17" tundra wheels..but planning on upgraded the tires to some off road tires..

Any ideas on what size tires can fit without rub? (with no lift)

I use Meguiars Hyper Dressing.

It made my bumper nice and new again after a treatment every wash.

Before: First pic of my 4Runner. Notice the white fade on the bumper, similar to yours

After: Semi-recent photo, a few things have changed since, but ultimately, the bumper looks good in comparison.
