Is anyone concerned about the fit of these? I ordered one and now seeing the side view am wondering if I'll even install it?

Is anyone concerned about the fit of these? I ordered one and now seeing the side view am wondering if I'll even install it?
What do you see wrong with the fitment? Looks good to me.

You're correct, the picture I linked is not what was ordered, I think the grill looks good.

Following this thread. Tempted to order now but I'm gonna wait for people to post pictures once they get it installed.

As I went to install it you have to remove the metal bar that's on the old grille and that's where some fitment issues came in. I had to trim the metal that's circled in red to get it sit flush. Unfortunately after I cut it I didn't take any pictures cause I was frustrated with messing with it but once you cut it, the bar sits flush with the new grille.
Before and after pics, I have the raptor lights and still need to put them in, I just have to figure out how I'm going to wire it.
Overall it looks really good and the only fitment issues is the bottom corners stick out a tad (circled in red) but everything else fits really well.

Wow, that's way better fitment than I dared hope for. Wish they had the cheaper high speed shipping option when I ordered mine. Oh well.
Curious to see how it looks on a post facelift without a color match. Since I already have a black offroad bumper, what I might do is hit it with the same black spray paint I used on the bumper.

Looks great! Mines on order right now and should be here in a couple of weeks. As for wiring, I saw a video where someone was doing an install on similar lights and ran them across the hood and then down the strut into the engine bay.

I’m curious if the 06-09 will need any/more trimming to make it fit, or transfer of that metal piece. I’ve steered away from doing a satoshi mod bc I tried to take my grille off and the bolts/studs holding the grille in place just break apart (thanks rust!).
Is the provided hardware just those bolts or did it come with new (cap)nuts to use as well? I’m at the point now that any hardware that comes off my rig is getting replaced with new hardware if possible.

It came with 4 screws to use on the metal piece but I just used the original ones, it did not come with the screw caps so I had to use the old ones as well.

Put the lights in last night.
Was the install pretty straightforward and easy or were any modifications necessary. Looks Great.

Looks great! Same question here, how did you end up going about it?
The tricky thing was getting the wires from the hood to the cabin. I couldn't go through the heat shield since its about to turn to dust. I ran it through the inside of the hood (I'll post pics) and ran the wires inside the cabin and tapped it into the ACC fuse so it turns on when the car turns on.
