New used 4runner questions

I recently bought a semi built 3rd 4runner(coming from a 4th gen) from another member on the thread and had a few questions. There was a 7.2 sonoran steel lift installed but he only had the bilstien shocks in the front installed with stock springs. The rake is a little off and the front is about 1-1.5 inches lower. What springs and parts would I need to even that out.

A small issue is every once and a while when I try to turn the key in the ignition, it gets stuck until I wiggle it to turn the key. Anyone else have that issue?

Will 305/70/16's duratracs mounted land cruiser 80 series wheels work with our 4r with the set up I have? I also have an aftermarket front bumper and can get wheel spacers if needed. I read up on 305's but got not definitive answers.

I have the key issue as well. I actually kind of like it because it's like added security. Most people can't start it and I can get it nearly ever try. But a local mechanic shop said they sprayed some graphite stuff in there and it was really smooth for a while.

You may need spacers to run 305's, but they should fit.

As for the lift, you can upgrade the front to SS 1.2, however even that setup will have some stinkbug (ass up, nose down). It's just the way the lift works. Read up on the sonoran steel website and he mentions it a few times. When you order a lift from Steve, you actually have to check a box that says "I acknowledge the rear will be taller than the front." :D
