New wheel and tire day.17X8.5 0 Offset XD wheels with 275/70/17 General Grabber ATX tires.Truck has Bilstein 5100 set at 1.75 and does not rub at all.Very happy with how it looks now!

Have you really tweaked the suspension off road with those to see if you rub when fully stuffed and turning?

I have had it off road but nothing too crazy with no rubbing so far.This is my daily driver so I don't wheel it much I have my FJ for the woods.

The Grabber mud tires have red letters on the tires unless they discontinued them. Would look cool on a red 4Runner, although maybe overkill.

Hey man, found this thread with some digging - I love your setup and want to do similar to my 2017 SR5.

If I understand correctly, you are running:

  • Bilstein 5100s all around, 1.75 in the front, 0.0 in the back.
  • 17X8.5 0 Offset XD wheels
  • 275/70/17 General Grabber ATX tires

Few questions if you dont mind...

  1. These pics are without spacers in the fornt for leveling?
  2. Dumb question: what dfoes "cornfed" mean?
  3. Zero offset on the wheels...you are getting that stance without offsets or spacers on the wheel mounts?

The Bilstein’s set at 1.75 gives it the lift in front no spacers in front.Cornfed Suspensions is the company that I got the 3/4 spacers for rear from.The Wheels are zero offset no wheel spacers.

How are the grabbers in wet/ ice/snow and highway? I'm leaning on the K/O 2's as my tried and true go to, but still like to see what else is out there. Was going to gamble on falkens, but have yet to find them in 275. That and the many issues out there with balancing put them on the no list for now.

Have not had a BIG snow to test them yet only a few inches but they performed well.Great on highway but you do notice the weight difference from the standard load to the LT 10 ply.Zero balance issues and zero wheel vibration also.I really like them and I am a BFG guy too I have BFG KM2 on my FJ and love them but the Grabbers were $46 a tire cheaper than the BFG KO2.
