New Wheels and Tires!!!

17"ers from a Sqeuoia.
Came in hyper silver finish, sand blasted, and sprayed them black with red lip. Also added TRD logo to spokes if you look closely.

Tires are 285/70/17 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM2.
They balanced soo easily compared to the original BFG MT and have a much better ride feel and even with the extra 2" of rubber, they handle so much better than my 31" MT's.

Nice wheels! I like the color scheme a lot.

Not to sound like a broken record, but have you thought about taking the boards off? I feel like in previous pictures you have had them off. Looks badass regardless :bigok:

nahh I haven't removed them before...but I kinda like them...I'm 5'6" myself and my girl is 5'1" so we both actively use the running boards haha...and I'm planning on upgrading the lift to OME coils and a 2" body lift, so with another 3" or so, we're gonna NEED those running boards. If you look at the Driver's Side pictures, you'll see where I bottomed out the running board already...It was alot worse but I had my fat friend jump on it a few times hahahaha

its 35% to match the factory back window tint

It does in person...I noticed in one of the pics (pic with the bridge) the front looks slightly darker, but in person you cannot tell the difference...the tint guy even used one of those things the cops use when he was selecting the right tint....but back to my wheels and tires...

I'm gonna match the red lips with more red accents eventually. I'm currently collecting parts for the 06Tundra brake conversion and will do the calipers to match the lip.

Same exact tire im running! Same size and everything! If you get those TRD decals they will match those Rims perfectly. I like the red and black. Good choice!

i'm 5'6 too and i scrapped them. i was pretty hesitant, but i got that first one off and i was like damn! its looks so much bigger. i give a 100% good idea rating.

take em off! fat girls cant jump. hahaha im only 5'8" these runners were made for small people haha but i love mine even if shes smaller than the others, but hey ride in a early 90's jeep cheeroke you will never think badly of your interior space again haha stupid (J)Heeps

very very nice! i love what ya did with the sequia rims! I wouldn't even of thought of doing something like that. Looks great. I agree defenently get some of those trd logos with some red. where did you get the little TRD logo at?

edit: you should look up some of those trd fj center caps that may look good i duno they are a flat black so it may not look that good.

thank you guys all for the comments, it really makes the insane amout of money spent well worth it to have a group of people who all appreciate the 4Runner and all the creative-ness we each put into ours. It's pretty safe to say that theres not 2 Runners on this site that even look remotely similar, and thats just damn cool.

It seems like the running boards are universally hated...maybe....juuuuust MAYBE I'll pull one off one day and see how I like it.......

haha mine has its own uniqueness in dents and stuff. and i agree think its pretty cool to bounce ideas off people on here, i have another fourm i go to and they just arnt the same you guys rock haha.

and it almost a given that you will like it with out them haha plus once ones off your half way and its easier to take the other off instead of putting that one back on, and look at how much cleaner yours will look without that bent one.

either way do your own uniqueness and you will be happy
