Newbie 3rd Gen suspension question

I've been reading for the past couple of weeks trying to find an answer. I just bought an 02 Limited with 126,000 mi on it. The rear end is sagging a little. The posts I've read address 3" or more lifts. I'm a semi pro nature and landscape photographer. I bought the vehicle to sleep in and drive the fire roads and back roads of the Midwest, TN, and KY.

I would like to keep it at stock or close to stock height. Bilstein shocks seem to be popular. Should I go with OEM springs? I know not all springs are created equal. This will be my daily driver also. This is my first 4x4 vehicle.

Get on the 3rd gen pics and build thread link. Look at several and just take the things that you like from them and go with that. There is everything on this website.
