Hello Everyone. Noob here from Michigan.
I started looking for Discovery 2 a few months ago to use as a utility vehicle. After getting discouraged and not wanting to deal with all of their idiosyncrasies, here I am. I would also consider the right Land Cruiser, but it would have to be one hell of a vehicle. I think the 3RD Gen 4Runner offers the best blend of utility, comfort and aftermarket support for what I'm looking for. Plus, these things seem like they are pretty bullet proof, especially with a mild build like I plan.
I've been looking around several build posts the last few days and I'm pretty eager to get my own rig and start my own build. Nothing crazy like some of you, but just enough to make it my own.
If anyone happens to notice a clean, well maintained 99-00 4Runner for sale, let me know.
