Sup fellas,
Just wanted to say high to everyone in the 4Runner family. I am currently waiting on the info on the '05's to be made public to order a new Sport V8. I was told by a friend with finance ties to Yota that a couple 1000 were in Jacksonville Fl. on a boat. The local dealers will not tell me anything, I hope to have the 411 on the 05 early next week when their connection with Southeastern Toyota gets back to work.


whats the chance of the Navigation system being offered in a green sport??? man that would be like Heavan

As for the Navigation on a sport model... dunno..

Welcome aboard!!! As far as a "Green" Sport, that color was only available in 2003. It's not a option for 2004 so I imagine the 2005 will be the same.

They are coming out with a red color in 2005. Red and green were disontinued in mid 2003. Who know what goes on in the minds of the Toyota Marketing Geeks???

not to sure about the red color, might clash with my eyes,,,, looked at a 04 V8 sport laoaded with everything, could have gotten it for 29K, new with 5 miles on it, but due to the fact that the seats were leather, I decided to wait for the '05 " hoping for the green color to come back and the nav system in a sport.... man I cant hardly wait

wow..at 29K? That would have been really hard for me to pass up. I payed $30,600 for mine here in NY, Sport Edition in Titanium with a V6. And that was a hard find.

I couldn't even find a sport in black. They were still on a boat back in June when I went shopping. And to top it off, it's nearly impossible to get a 4Runner with the JBL system up here in the North East.

No matter. I upgraded the stereo to a Scion head unit that has really made a difference. So I think I'm finally at complete peace with my truck...except for that darn rattle from the sunroof.
