Welcome... The 1st Gens run from 84 thru 89. The 84 n 85s are straight axle. 85 is the first year for EFI n the last for the straight axle making it thee most desirable of all 4RNRS. If the seller knows what he's got then they can be quite pricey. Most ppl prefer the 22re over the 3.0 which came out in 88. If ur gonna go for a mid-90s RNR then u might as well get a 96 or newer cause they have the 3.4 v6 which is superior to the 3.0. Good luck!
