Bought a 1995 T4R five days ago - my first Toyota - V6 SR5 auto 4WD. Worked great for a couple of days, then sat for 2 days. Now: When I turn the ignition key, nothing happens. No lights, no sound, nothing. Pressing the button on the key fob won't lock/unlock doors - just makes a single clicking sound. It also flashes the alarm light once, but that doesn't stay on. Holding the key fob button longer makes the alarm light blink a few times, then no more, with a sound like flipping through cards. Turning the key in the back window makes a whirring sound, but window doesn't open. All of this worked a couple of days ago. I hooked it up to a small battery charger, but it said it was fully charged. Could this be related to the alarm system? Any ideas, please? I can't do repairs myself, but I have friends who may be able to help me if I point them in the right direction. Thanks!
