Hey everyone. I'm a newbie to the 4Runner scene. Definitely not new to internet forums though, so dont worry, I will do searches before I post any questions. :lol: I'm picking up my 90 4Runner tomorrow so I'm looking forward to getting it on the road. Paid $750. Needs a couple odds and ends to get it running well. It'll just be a driver for the winter, but I'll definitely be modifying it. Here's a couple pics of the truck.

It's got a bad universal joint on the rear drive shaft. The front drivers half shaft needs to be replaced. It's got an odd misfire that my mechanic thinks is an injector.

On the plus side, it's got a decent interior. It's a 5 speed which I like, but the tranny likes to slip out of first sometimes. I'll address that later though. There don't seem to be any leaks and the transfer case seems to be in good working order. Lucky for me though my best friend is a Toyota dealership tech.
