It's the OEM sport bumper trim accessory. It's all plastic and about $400.

love it, it looks great! ive been wanting to powder coat my 04 sport rims for about a year now but havent done it, because of the trouble involved with having the wheels taken off to be done and having my truck outta service for while, how did you do this? was this a extra set?

Sorry, I haven't posted in awhile. Life changed in the last year, new job, new city, soon to be new wife.

But to answer your question, pretty much my truck was living on stands for 3 days! I had the PC done in two days and had the new tires install on the third day. That night I put it on the truck and was off.
