It is technically called, "All-Terrain Pkg". It includes very nice 16" rims (similar to those on Land Cruiser 80), ATRAC, rear locker, goofy inclinometer, and pre-air filter cleaner. I may have left something minor out, but that is essentially the package. My brother got this package on his new FJ. The rims alone make it worth it!

I guess Off-road edition isnt the best term to use for it but thats what they wrote on the description. Im guessing Toyota Canada has a different name for the package than the U.S. The "Off-road" or "All-Terrain" package also included that front brush guard, I think you pretty much covered it though.
