How do the Nittos perform as they wear?
The Revos are advertised to continue performance as they wear (special resins, dual layer tread, etc).
I've never run a tire close to the treadware mileage. They always start to slip/hydroplane/etc. If the advertising holds true, the Revos should go more miles than I normaly expect.
It would be interesting for CR to review new tires, and the same tire with 20k miles.
I'm starting to lean away from the KOs. More previous owners seem to dislike their on-road manners.

Since I have only put 1,200 miles on my Grapplers over the past 6 days, it's hard to tell, but I will update. One of the selling points on the Grapplers for me was the fact that they are supposed to share many of the same features as the Toyo Open Country A/Ts, which have a good history of offering grip for the entire lifetime of the tire.

I figured I would give them a shot though, especially since they did not cost me anything (Toyota 100K mile tire thing). I wanted something that had an aggressive look and would do better in mud than other A/T tires (mud tires were not an option). The Nitto tread looks like it should grip and clean out well. Though I have not used mine in mud yet due to the drought we are in. The BFG's do not get good mud reviews. From what I have seen, mud seems to ball up and not clean out very good.
