No Blow

I'm sure this has been discussed before but if someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. My 2004 V8 4runner a/c blower has stopped working and Im not sure why. It has done this before but has come back on after awhile. All the necessary control lights come on. Nothing blinks and there are no warning lights coming on.

I would start with changing the cabin air filter and go on from there.

Not sure if our blowers have relays but that's what it sounds like. Or loose wiring somewhere.

This happened to my 03 runner last winter, when we got ridiculous snow. Turned out to be the fan resistor. I forget how much it was for replacement. The entire fan motor has to be dropped out of it.
