No doors?

Anyone ever take the doors off their 4th gen? I'm living life to the fullest in central Texas and sometimes feel that all this beautiful weather requires no doors on my truck.

Cause structural issues? I wanna feel my hairs a blowin

Be better off with a Jeep Wrangler. If you take the doors off a 4runner anything you drop on the floor will roll right out on the ground. Wranglers have a big lip at the bottom to keep crap inside, also on the Jeep you can take the roof off.

issues with taking off the doors

structurally it isn't a huge deal, if its only a short period of non-abusive driving

there is nothing to keep your things inside from falling out, as stated above

you lose your mirrors, which makes you a moving violation

say goodbye to music

Among the other things stated, I'd like to point out you'd have to tie the wiring harness to something. The wiring was not designed for being easily removed or to be run without doors.

Ok ok ok. All of these are very valid points. This was just a feeler to see how it might be. Just had a phenomenal weekend with 85 degree weather, no clouds, beech breeze, and fishing. Was GLORIOUS. so this got my mind a churning for ideas to customize my beloved truck.
