no drill light bar mounts. is there such a thing?

i would love to mount a 50" +- curved LED light bar but is there a no drill mount system for it? I've seen a bar mounted inside the oem rack which would be a 38" bar and i would have to figure out how to mount it and still fit it under my thule roof box...any thoughts or ideas?
i may just go with 4-5 hella HIDs in the grill if all else fails but still need to figure out how to mount them also.
i do like the roof mount light bars though so any suggestions please...

Mounting a bar on your OEM rack seems like it would be really far back and not illuminate in front of the car very effectively.

I'm all about my 20" light bar behind the grill. My mount is crap, no drilling using pre-existing holes. There is a thread with someone who has made and is selling a great looking option. Some drilling required. could fit a 30" behind the grill.

You stick have to hack up factory pieces to install rigid grills, easy to do, but not so easy to go back.

They are pricey, but after three years mine has held up perfectly to the mag chloride out here. It's made of stainless steel and the fit is great, for those of us that aren't so handy, I couldn't make something nearly as good personally. But yeah it's not cheap and is a bit blingy (not sure that's a word but you get the idea,hah)

I'm a big fan of the "buy once, cry once" philosophy when it comes to this kind of stuff. Once you install something like lights, you don't want to have to swap it out if the s*** breaks. You can pretty much be certain that part of the build is squared away and then focus on other things.

Yeah, I noticed that in their install videos. They hacked the crap out of the Ford grills they did. No videos on the 4Runner unfortunately. How nasty was it? You mention not being very handy. I'm not either.

Mine is different since it's a 2011, but I assume it's probably the same process. I used a dremel and just cut out the grill part from the surround, very easy with the dremel. A bigger saw would be faster but the dremel is really easy to maneuver and be more exact. I looked at a bunch of pictures of the satoshi grill mods for 10-13 as my example.
