Idiots come in all colors, social backgrounds, from all classes of wealth.

I definitely agree with this. I am sure there are some who do care but I think most of them just wanted an excuse to riot. Plus lots of people in the riots weren't even from the city of Ferguson.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fJIdMG-2WQ
Dont think you can say it any better than Sheriff Buford T. Justice. I really dont thing the rioters really care about that Michael Brown or that he was killed by a white cop. I think its just an excuse to be violent and destructive. For some communities, its just there nature to take something nice and destroy it, and to take no accountability.
I know I'm a redneck, I embrace it every day. I drive a beat up rusty truck, I have a lot of guns, motorcycles, and I'm usually wearing flannel and work boots. Nothing wrong with embracing who you are.
But guess what. I don't get government assistance, I typically work 50 hours a week, I don't have a criminal record, and I fully understand my own decisions have direct consequences with where I'm at in life. Not somebody else's.
They are the undocumented speed bumps just installed for the riots.I definitely agree with this. I am sure there are some who do care but I think most of them just wanted an excuse to riot. Plus lots of people in the riots weren't even from the city of Ferguson.
Some ironies have come to light that I had to chuckle at.
1.Some blogger who was shooting video while he was taunting police got his phone jacked.....
2. One of the protest organizers had their home looted.
3. Some protesters trying to get someone out of their car got run over..
It's not the violence that made me chuckle. I really wish none of this happened. Lots of people got hurt. It's just the fact that they all assumed that they were not going to get hurt or looted because they were hurting or stealing from others.
so assuming that nobody has a job, and everyone is on welfare isn't a same ole racist comment.
Maybe because thats just the norm for your circle of people.
Joe S does make good points. A voice of reason in the media - at least on this issue.
I can’t wait to hear how the 12 year old in Cleveland was a thug who deserved what he got.

Somebody wake me up when we start discussing the underlying problem of how police interact with people of color radically differently than they do white people.
I am sure some guys will think that was the case but most do not.
At a minimum I would think those two officers who responded to that call and shot the 12 year old should turn in their badges, lose any and all pension/benefits, and be removed from the police force.
Shooting a 12 year old boy is not heroic or necessary. There are a whole host of other options that should have been taken before resorting to lethal force. The only way I'd shoot a 12 year old is if he was pointing a firearm at me, with his finger on the trigger. Even then, I'd be apprehensive about pulling the trigger...
