If I transfered classified information on anything that wasn't the SIPR/NIPR net I would be court martialed, imprisoned, dishonorably discharged, and never be able to hold a clearance again... In the military, you can't even access classified information outside of a safe room where communication devices are banned. what a coincidence the secretary of state can knowingly compromise information above a TS clearance and be fine.

Obama being the Commander in Chief and final say on any ruling makes sense for exactly what occurred. Why trying charging her or filing suit, when in reality the President who endorsed her will just override and overturn it all. Truly sad that the representatives for the people, voted in by the people, no longer represent the general populous and just general self serving interest.

I like most of Johnson's politics, I'd be with him near 100% if he'd support net neutrality. But honestly he's got no chance. His campaign has all the personality of a dead fish, his entire platform seems to be "I'm not Hillary or Donald". I don't think he'll ever poll good enough to get in the debates the way he's going.
I'm still going to vote for him. But he won't win.

Everyone needs to realize that the BIG PROBLEMS that both sides have the country up in arms about are not big problems. They are distractions, taking the republic's attention away from what is really going on. As far as what is really going on, well, there really isn't any way to put a bead on it nowadays as every game has a side game which has an infinite number of side games. These criminals have been running wild for decades and at this point, they have so much funding and so many side games/distractions/you name it going, that they feel their victory is guaranteed no matter what happens, and they are probably right. In the end, this means loss of life and liberty for free Americans. The only thing you can do is learn to take care of yourself and your own in as many ways as possible, and have a plan for a really good place to hide, or a really good, defenisble place to go when things inevitably get really bad. I do not believe that any sort of uprising would ever be successful. Iraq/Afghanistan are in a way an example of this. While we were hitting them like we meant it, they didn't have a prayer. This same force would be used in any uprising, and in a domestic uprising, they have the distinct advantage of continuous, precision surveillance on every civilian. Even with your phone GPS turned off, the new tower technology can locate you within 100 meters or so just based off of signal strength - This is an equation that now includes precision-mapped terrain and it is shockingly accurate. Every time you walk by any WiFi or Bluetooth access point, if your phone's WiFi/BT are on, even if not connected to anything, they are pinging those access points and notifying *someone* of your location, as well as the past few access points that it pinged. "They" know your habits, your likes, your dislikes, and all of this is being recorded. Anything they have can and will be used against you. Always remember that even if off, cell phones and any other high frequency wireless device can be found from hundreds of yards away - It works the same way as a tuning fork. The cops now have a tool that emits a pulse of wireless energy, and this causes nearby antennas to resonate at their natural harmonic frequency (just like a tuning fork). The device emits a series of pulses and listens for this resonance, and will point right at a phone, even if it's off and the battery is out. Granted, it won't identify the phone, i.e. read its serial number, but it will know that a phone/wifi device/etc is there. This is only the beginning.
