No injector pulse on my 86

I've been working on this 4runner for my son and I've just about all but wanted to give up. The cold start injector works and after its initial burst.... nothing. I've changed the fuel pump. I'm getting power to the pump and I know I've got flow. I don't know the pressure. I've done everything that all of the checks that you guys have offered. I did find the white wire connection in the harness broken. Fixed it and still no better results. Please help. Out of money and I want my truck back ( he's borrowing my truck while we fix his)

If the CSI is cutting off too soon, could be the CSI Timer.

Ground strap on the manifold will do exactly this if it's not on.
