no lights, no alarm, and a stuck clock

Just changed my lights out to LEDs. This is the third 4R I have done it to but on my last bulb (running boards) I lost all courtesy lights, keyless entry/alarm, and my clock starts at 1 o'clock every time I start the car. Any thoughts? I haven't had the time to check fuses but that would be a big one handling all of those things on one circuit.......

Check for a fuse in the engine compartment. I think it called "DOME", 10A.
