I don't have the money for the serious mods yet so on my day off i was being a little creative.
Btw guys tints on front windows are 50% (not windshield). I think 50% is perfect for these SUVs with privacy windows, IMO.

Ok thanks. I have to remove the grill anyway to replace the passenger side headlight, so I will just wait till I get everything to start the plasti-dip.

Plasti Dip Makes everything looks better!

Today i was sitting on my front stoop looking at the runner and thinking "damn when i'm i finally going to get the dough to get a set if wheels..." and BOOM The idea hit me!
No worries fellas it's a temporary solution! That plasti dip though, does make everything look better...

Also got my seat covers yesterday! Forgot to show 'em off

definitely! I also removed the roof rack and that silly spoiler gizmo, makes it way easier to wash and put a cover on. also my last 4runner the rack really seemed to breed rust here on the beach! I like the look, kinda like a landcruiser, and with the SS lift only REALLY tall folks can see up there!

Frankly, it looks worse than stock IMO.

The grille isn't cohesive with anything else on the front end (ie it used to match your chrome bumper, not any more). Same applies to the license plate surround. The centercaps, they stick out like a sore thumb. Most people will simply assume you lost the caps.

Seeing as you're in NY, the best thing you could do (and it costs even less that $100), is to buy a gallon of Fluid Film and a garden sprayer, and go to town on the frame and underside of the body.

Transmission cooler with all lines and clamps is well under $100 as well.

Plugs and plug wires, fresh filters and fluids all around (grease all zerks, ATF, diffs and transfer case). Not very expensive either, and you will become very familiar with the truck as you crawl around underneath it, finding any other areas that need attention.
