No Start Problem

Got a no start problem with a 98 4 runner limited. Got into deep water, up to the fire wall. Replaced the batt, fluids, ecm, ignitor, coil packs, and un-installed the dealer add on alarm system. Had it trying to start for a bit, but now no spark. Could the cam, and or crank sensors be my next target?

No we still haven't found the problem

I would say the crank(handles spark, cam sensor control the injectors) but first was there any stored codes or anything if there is a lot of mud and buildup in front of the crank sensor then ECM doesn;t know to fire. so maybe not so much a bad sensor just something blocking the gear the senors monitors to tell the ecm to fire.
Also I notice u replaced a lot of key parts to correct this issue but did u check the compression on the Cylinders.... If u Hydro locked the engine was able to remove all of the water u may have damaged your piston rings causing no compression.. just trying to think outside the box

Checked the crank sensor, had an ac pulse with a meter. No codes. Replaced the bent valves. got good compression, just no spark. Been told the ign goes thru the tach? Can't find a good wire schematic for the 98

Schematics is a must for the second step, but try this first if you haven't yet: Disconnect EVERY wire harness connector that was under water and look with a magnifying glass at EACH wire in harnesses connector. Especially the big ones. I believe you will find your culprit there.
