NO TPMS and light does not come on.

So i had TPMS in my old stock wheels, and when those pressures were low my warning light would come on. I Recently changed out those stockers for aftermarket wheels with NO TPMS and the light has yet to come on. Been driving without TPMS for over 1000 miles now. Any ideas on why my Tire pressure light has not gone on? Its kind of backwards from whats other people want but i want to make sure its working fine before i install TPMS into these new wheels. Any help is welcome! TIA
