And this may be a dumb question, but I assume having my ARB fridge always on won’t be an issue? And if I’m at a campsite with electricity in the middle of my upcoming mountain road trip, should I unplug the fridge and plug it straight into the campsite power or just let the charger power it?

Leave the fridge running off the battery, plug in the charger whenever you want

It certainly wouldn't hurt anything to run your frisge direct from the shore power at your campsite, but it's not really necessary
