Noise after lift and ARB bumper install

Hey folks,

I’m getting this noise of something “scratching”.
It starts when you get above 40mph, going straight, or turning. I looked and I don’t see anything scratched. Their are 4 spacers that are still “loose” that I need to retighten the ARB bumper down. However it’s just coming from the left side and those spacers are on both sides.

OME/Bilstein lift
285/70/17 tires - they do rub on the UCA when turning left or right but that’s a tire rubbing noise.

Also, I took the front/rear sway bars off and the front skid plate is off. Was aligned last week.

Have you tried jacking the front up and spinning the wheels by hand? Is the fender liner secured?

Sounds like a body panel vibrating against part of the bumper.

Might want to get the shop to adjust the bumper down a bit so you have a solid half inch clearance from all body panels and headlights. Had a buddy that got a bumper installed on his Dodge Ram, it was installed right up against the body panels and he had some sounds just like that until he adjusted it.

It ended up being the liner. The little clip kept vibrating against the bumper
