Noise when backing up?

I have just started to notice a metal clanking sound when backing up and turning the wheel clockwise only. I am just wondering if anyone knows what this noise is or where is a good place to start looking? The sound is coming from the front but I am not sure if it is the passenger side or driver side.

Id turn the wheel completely to the right and get out and run your hand around the back of each front wheel and see if anything is making contact.
