I have Sherwood Genuine Wood Dash Kit.

I took those pictures when just started to install the kit, so you can see just half of it installed. I'd take some pictures soon and will post them.
BTW, SHARKYCSI, looks like you missing two thin pieces under AC control and on the top of center console box. You can see those pieces at mine pictures. Did you miss them? What kit do you have?

Hey Guys
The dash kit is manufactured by "B&I" Dash Kits and was purchased from "Exoticwooddash.com". This was the 34 piece "Real Rosewood" dash kit. It is not perfect in it's design, but I am happy with it(part of the reason could be that it is a 2005 model). For some strange reason "B&I" decided not to fill in that gap below the AC controls. However, because the two surfaces are the same color I can live with it. I do like the quality of the kit, but it could have been designed better.
Alexjet your wood kit looks great, you have a nice 4Runner.
I purchased the "OBX" brand shifter from my local Toyota dealership here in Houston(Sterling McCall Toyota). It was easy to install, took about 5 minutes.
The steering wheel controls do work with the Alpine stereo system, but you have to have a adapter for it to work. The company that installed the stereo system also installed this item.
