Oh yeah! SC has a lift he needs to install. Well damn I'd offer my place but 1 it's in napa and 2 can't fit a runner in my garage so all I'd have is my single car driveway Whose this Josh fella? I'm down for that

hey guys so SUPER new to T4R! just got my 2000 Horizon Blue this past saturday (but ive been into 4runners/tacomas for quite awhile). and im ready to jump right into the community. i know zachpins on facebook and ive been talking to him about the meet. i have a pretty big driveway and a basketball court, so im down to host. i just gotta run it by my parents and i can get back to you all before the 26th

I just have to install my 5100's which shouldn't take long besides getting the springs compressed. Zach's will take the longest. I'm pretty sure I will be able to make it. I have to make sure no family things are going on, but I should know by tonight.

alright guys so its a go! i can host at my house this saturday. only thing is, i dont have many tools and the ones i do have are random and completely unorganized. so if people could bring some tools maybe we can all share that'd be great. oh and i have only one jack...so yea. i'd like to get sort of a count of people to expect just for space purposes. and yea cant think of anything else, looking forward to meeting everyone!!

I posted on t4r facebook page, but I got my small basictool kit I can bring, and a few more tools of my brothers like extentions/breaker bar and small stuff. I got my bottle jack or whatever, but will try and borrow a regular floor jack....oh, and FOOD!

If you guys were a week later I would be up there, and carry a decent amount of tools, maybe next time.

I should be able to make. I can't stay all that long since it is a 1.5 hour drive each way, but it shouldn't take long to put my 5100's on and lend a hand with Zach's lift. I have a jack, a pair 6 ton stands, a pair 3 ton stands and some basic had tools. I have a torque wrench as well.
If someone could bring a sawzaw and a cutting blade just in case Zach's rear shocks won't come off. Also Zach, you should be soaking all of the bolts in PB today and tomorrow if you haven't already.
I will probably make it up around 10:30-11.

And im thinkin the earlier the better, i already know mine is gonna be a pita with my luck lol and then scrunner has his 5100s to put on, which i dont think will be bad at all. I just dont really know what im doing, so I wanna get a start on this stuff pretty early lol whatever works for everyone

The front for me was the easiest. Do you have the Tundra's all set up or do you have to get the top plates off your stock stuff? I'm going to need to have someone take me somewhere to get my coils compressed. Any ideas? I'm not looking to spend a ton to get them done, so some mom and pop places are good. I will make some calls tomorrow to find out.
I'm 90% sure I can get the back done with you Zach if Eric isn't there. I will probably have only 3 or so hours to hang out, but it should be enough.

So how many joshs are going to be there? Right now we've got 2 eric's going haha But don't worry about finding a shop to have them compress your springs you can rent some from kragen or auto zone and return them after for your money back

^Yeah I've thought about that, but the Tundra coils apparently don't do well with those. If you want to pick one up we can try it. I'm down if you know how to use them.
