Yeah, that looks like a long haul. That seems like it would be a good overnight camping trip.

For anyone that wants to do some wheeling and maybe fishing this Saturday. We're meeting up at Placerville InNout at 10am, driving to Foresdale Rd off 88 towards upper blue lake.

I mentioned this during our Sourgrass trip, I want to hit up Upper Blue Lake by using Foresdale Rd from Carson Pass (88), chill at the lake and then try to push to Highway 4. It will be a day trip
We're thinking June 12th, but it is still tentative, there might be a big Bowman Lake June 26th camping trip

No, somewhere else, but I hear it's not allowed now because that land is usually underwater and considered off-trail by forest service

There might be camping over July 4th weekend, but I haven't been to your neighborhood, is Hollister worth 5 hour drive (round trip)?
Also mid July might be another camping thing off the 80.

Well we got to the top. All Trails changed the trail from moderate to hard. [MENTION=415906]Sparky 97Runner[/MENTION] and I did a quick Signal Peak run today, the mud pit dried up a bit, but still poses a challenge.. see the vid

I'm thinking of a Strawberry Pass trip on July 10th (Saturday), start from Caple Lake side (88) and get to 50.

I'm seeing weird reviews, in 2020 mildly built rigs had no issues, in May 2021 rigs with 34s were scraping. I wonder if it was snow melt and mud issues?
I did this few years back and there was only one real obstacle were you had to use your slider, maybe it was turned up during fall/winter. Does anyone know?

I have heard it has gotten more difficult over the past year plus with new rock areas. I friend with a JKUR on 37's has no issues, but i don't think its as easy as it used to be.
