Prairie City was fun. Got to do a few donuts, get the rig dirty and really got to see how bad AT tires are in the mud. Got to use my winch since my tires wouldn't hook up at all on the V-notch and I slid down into the notch putting me at a really bad angle.

Did some snow wheeling.
Everyone said the roads were closed but we said fookit and went anyway.
There was a chain checkpoint but we still went around it
There was a group of 20+ rigs called themselves the misfits [emoji2375] behind us
I was lead the pack until I couldn’t go anymore
Only a few rigs made it 1/4 mile more than we did.
All fresh powder it was awesome.

Planning a trip up iron mountain this weekend for my brothers birthday. Any reports on how the snow is? I'm on 33s and will be going with a friend on 37s locked, not sure if we wanna go if the snow is super deep.

Honestly... with the amount of snow coming down lately, I don't think you'll get too far. Even your buddy on 37's.

Yeah, it looks like snow even in Pollock is gunna be coming down til Sunday. I was just hoping to get some feedback from the group who went last weekend. Or at least I thought I saw someone post in this thread that there was a group going up last weekend? Anyways we're probably just going to drive to Jenkinson lake and decide there if we wanna keep going up for a few miles. Thank you for the response.

Snow is crazy they do close the main rd but there are ways around that.
Definitely be prepared for the worst and don’t be bummed if you guys don’t make it far.
We went up MET trail as far as we could and just made a day of it. [MENTION=157695]theoutbackdream[/MENTION] it was a good time we might be heading up again next weekend for another day run.
I’ll keep you posted.
