Other than Torque or your reader is giving you bogus values (engine temp of ~430 degrees?!?) nothing is out of the ordinary there. It's probably a sensor that's gone bad. If you can get a hold of the factory service manual that floats around here in digital form there are test procedures for each major sensor that controls fuel or timing such as the MAF, O2 sensors, and TPS. That's where I would start.
Yeah sometimes things go crazy and then go back to normal. It only does this on the 4runner. Haha..
I believe I have a copy of that manual, are you referring to resistance testing? Sounds like a good thing to get my electrician pal to look at me with and have some beers over. :surfer:
