No problem! I have a ton more things I need to do to my 4R but now that it's starting to be nice out, I think the mods might go on the back burner and I'm just going to enjoy life. I do need to get a hitch mounted bike rack soon though. I haven't rode in forever and need to get back into it. Your fat bike looks great. I have a hard tail entry level diamondback 29er

Diamondback bikes are great and the 29'er makes it even better. Get out on that bike and put some miles on it this summer it's a great way to reduce your stress.

If you ever consider a fat bike I am hooked on Trek's Farley but you can also look at Bikes Direct as there prices are insanely low and it sure is a great way to get into fat biking. ( http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/fat-bikes.htm ) On a side note. Once you go "Fat Bike" you will never go back so be careful.

Look at the Saris Freedom-2 pricing isn't that bad and it is made right here in America. You can put pretty much any bike on this rack including fat bikes if you buy the additional trays of course. Best Money I have spent on a rack thus far without breaking the bank.

Like I said any bike works on this rack. We were auctioning these bike off last Sunday for a charity I work for and since I am the bike guy I was asked to build them and take them to the event. Not sure I should admit this on a public forum but dang was the girls bike a blast to ride.

The rack you posted is nice however most bikes now have a sloped top tubes make it difficult to load more then one bike. It always seems that one wheel is way up in the air and the other is dragging the ground when you go up curbs. Then if you have a girls bike it's makes it even harder. Mounting by the wheels seems to be the best solution.

Here is another one you can look at and I assure it is the last bike rack you will ever need or buy and your pocket book will really feel it. But it is way over the top nice.

Thanks. Haha! There's a couple scratches on it now, a dent above the passenger front door, and tons of piney pinstripes now. Falkor has definitely been used.

What's your opinion/observations on the Cooper ST Maxx vs. Nitto Ridge Grappler tires?

Don't know about the ST Maxx but I just went from Cooper MTP to Ridge Grapplers. The Ridge Grapplers have almost no noise and soft ride, the Coopers were loud and harsh. Go with the Ridge Grapplers. You will not be disappointed

I noticed you removed your front mud flaps around two years ago. Have you had any issues with rock chips post-lift? How is the body mount holding up with being directly impacted with whatever is coming off the tire? Paint still good on the mounts or any rust?
