Not Happy Right Now! Sensor problem I think.

check your dashpot and your throttle opener.
To check the throttle opener. Start the engine, unplug the the hose going to the throttle opener. If rpm increase then that is fine, if the rpms don't change, then this is the problem.
Ok I pulled the hose off of the throttle opener and it did just what you said with the RPM's raising when I pulled it off. As far as the dashpot I don't know how to check that but it looked fine from what I saw. I kept pulling the TPS off and on and each time I pulled it off the RPM's would drop for about half a second then return to normal. Meanwhile the RPM's were varied between 700 and 1000 while doing all of this testing. Any ideas? Thanks
