nyc dealer won't take order for trail w/nav

just got off the phone with the dealer here in nyc. was told they would not take an order on a trail edition with nav & kdss.

anyone else in the northeast experience this?

I'm on Long Island and I've had my 2010 TE with KDSS and Nav for 750 miles already. My dealer found it being delivered to another dealer and swapped for it. It was delivered directly to the dealership. Have the dealer do a search and swap.

which dealer on long island do you work with? i go through river head once a month so i may try them out too.
